Once upon a time in the early days of Arganic when hardly anyone in the UK knew what argan oil was, a (wise) older man at a tasting event tried the oil only to then ask me if it was high in Vitamin E. He explained that he needed to take Vitamin E supplements for his health and that he could actually taste the Vitamin E in our oil.
Argan oil is one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin E you can get, containing up to 3 times the amount of Vitamin E compared to olive oil.
What is Vitamin E good for?

As well as taking it as a health supplement there are so many ways to fully enjoy the flavour. What am I daydreaming about right now? A fig (currently in season), green leaf, mozzarella and almond salad, dressed with argan oil, balsamic vinegar, wholegrain mustard, salt and loads of black pepper.
