If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt, along with a photo of the damage, for a full refund or replacement.
We do our best to create exceptional products which exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your online purchase you can do so provided the product has not been used, and that we receive the item within 10 days of it being delivered to you. In this case we are not able to cover the delivery cost of the return.
We aim to process any refunds within 5 working days. Please note it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
